Our Fabrics
We use deadstock fabric to create limited edition pieces. "Deadstock" refers to obsolete inventory that hasn't been sold and has a high likelihood of not selling in the future. By purchasing deadstock fabric, we save water and reduce our carbon footprint.
When choosing our fabrics, we stay away from polyester, nylon, and any synthetic fabrics that come from a non-renewable source such as crude oil. Synthetic fabrics are also non-biodegradable and release microplastics into the ocean.
LINEN
The oldest known fibre! Linen is made from flax plants. A few reasons why we love it: uses less water than cotton, few pesticides, little waste in the process, durable.
COTTON
A natural fibre that is biodegradable and renewable.
SILK
Silk is made from silkworms and is biodegradable. A natural fibre that requires less water than cotton. We love it because it's extremely soft and comfortable.
